The Cheeky Spooder dispatches orders Monday to Thursday.

Orders will need to be made before 4pm for next day dispatch. Any orders that fall past 4pm will fall to the following day after's dispatch. 

i.e.. An order placed before 4pm on a Tuesday evening will be dispatched Wednesday. If the order is made after 4pm on a Tuesday evening, the order will be dispatched Thursday. 

Any orders made after 4pm on Wednesday will be dispatched on the next Monday 

*If Monday is a bank holiday, then the orders will fall to the next day being a Tuesday.

Unfortunately, Royal Mail sometimes aren't as punctual as we would like! During times of strike action or understaffing at Royal Mail they can at times deliver later than their service stipulates. As frustrating as this is, try not to worry. Your jumping spider would have been sent out fed, healthy and *with a heat pack during cold weather.  You will be able to track where your new little friend is by inputting your tracking number provided into this link. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Jumping spoods are resilient little bugs that endure a range of temperatures as a species hailing from north America so try not to panic. If you are worried then please do get in touch via email or my Facebook page.

All orders containing live insects will be postponed until temperatures are safe enough for mail dispatch. These temperatures are above 23c or below 3c at intended destination. Please keep an eye on my Facebook page for any updates regarding postponement of any dispatches during times of hot and cold weather. 

Any orders not containing live insects will be dispatched as normal.

The Cheeky Spooder does not dispatch outside of the UK. However, our friend's company Spoodernest is now based in Europe. Spoodernest dispatches her own high-end acrylic enclosures and live home-bred jumping spiders as well as decor kits. She comes HIGHLY recommended! Find her at Spoodernest.com
